二、 Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system of the machine is mainly composed of CP1-25-P-10R-36 axial wheel pump, combined valve and electromagnetic reversing valve. The pressure oil required by the system is supplied by the axial gear pump, and the maximum working pressure of the system is 20MPa. The return stroke of the upper tool post is completed by a nitrogen cylinder, and the air flushing pressure in the nitrogen cylinder is 4-5MPa.
三、Electrical system
The system power supply adopts 50HZ, 380V three-phase four-wire power supply. The motor of the machine adopts three-phase 380V, and the line lamp adopts single-phase 220V. The control transformer adopts two-phase 380V. The output of the control transformer is used by the control loop, of which 24V is used for backgauge control, and 29V is rectified and supplied to the electromagnetic reversing valve and counting relay. 6V supply indicator light, 220V supply other control components.
The electrical box of the machine is located on the left side of the machine tool and controls the power supply of the whole machine. Except for the foot switch, the operating elements of the machine are all concentrated on the button station in front of the machine tool. The function of each operating element is marked by the image symbol above.
